10.0Our stay at The Inn at Old Harbor was wonderful. My partner doesn’t love walking and They have their own stair case from the ferry parking lot. Within minutes we had picked up our keys at their sweatshirt store and had our feet up on our private balcony which made for great people watching and a cool breeze. Room 3 on the second floor had a king size bed and great light at sunrise. We could see the Newport Bridge! It was clean and comfortable We are coming back for Columbus Day weekend

6.0Hotel is situated over a gift shop so it can be a little confusing to find (check in at the gift shop). No A/C, but that is common on the island. Generally an older building and decor and overpriced - but you are paying to stay on the island!

2.0This is an 1880’s slum! The room had rotted furniture, the stained carpet was covered with a filthy hard rattan mat that hurt my feet and the mattress was like sleeping on a cement floor! In addition, there is no TV in the room. Plus, the porch looks like it will soon fall off the building. I have no idea how they stay in business as a hotel!
