OK but ripped off

− Although we asked for a GF breakfast due to my allergy they couldn't guarantee cross contamination which was ok. The hotel then offered a refund for breakfasts not taken....great. But because my original credit card had been replaced they couldn't refund via booking.com. They said they would organise refund and NOT too worry but todate no refund ( 4 weeks later). Talked with Booking.com who advised they couldn't do anything need to go back to hotel, but no answer to emails or texts. I guess this is called "passing the buck". this is such a simple request that both parties are making into a nightmare. Come on Booking.com do your duty and fix.
