Not good, mislead on toilet and parking

− I did not like the fact we had to go out or our room, into the hallway to use the toilet and shower, this was not mentioned when booking with you, also the lock on our room was not working, a kind member of the restaurant staff came to help but then had to get the manager who at first was not interested saying we were not using it right. He then said he would get a locksmith out, which he did but would not help to store our luggage in his office, so the cases were left in the unlocked room. The lock situation was resolved. Also we assumed there was parking onside, but it was in a pay and display council carpark. I feel we should have a refund
