− Atendimento (recepção, interação com animais, bar da piscina e jantar). Os profissionais pareciam estar de má vontade para nos atender. A comida do jantar estava fria. Muitos pernilongos no quarto e não havia recursos apropriados para lidar com a conhecida situação.

9.0Gostei da limpeza do quarto, da receptividade dos funcionários, muito solícitos. O café da manhã é muito bom! O almoço servido no restaurante anexo (lado praia), estava muito bom. E quando lanchamos/jantamos no restaurante interno do hotel, gostei bastante do hamburguer. Podemos ter livre acesso ao zoológico. Fomos todos os dias =)
− Tem que atravessar a rua pra ir para a praia, mas é bem pertinho. E do lado praia tem o restaurante da pousada, que vc pode fazer pedidos e ir contabilizando na sua pulseira tranquilamente. Recomendo a hospedagem!

10.0ambiente é funcionários excelentes, a interação com os animais torna tudo inesquecível é uma pena que não pude ficar mas tempo, acredito que a Lídia da recepção, olises do eco Park entre outros que não recordo o nome me deu toda a atenção devida e não posso esquecer do café da manhã as meninas são maravilhosas.

A estadia foi otima, faltando melhorar a comida.
