− There wasn't breakfast available at the property. The heater in the shower didn't work. Hard bed.

2.0− Nous avions réservé deux nuits au Guesthouse , du 30 avril au 2 mai, mais dès notre arrivée, grosse déception : on nous annonce qu’ils ne peuvent finalement nous garantir qu’une seule nuit. Pour la deuxième, on devait se débrouiller nous-mêmes pour trouver un autre logement, ce qui est totalement inacceptable après une réservation confirmée. Nous avons alors demandé un remboursement pour la nuit non assurée, mais le personnel nous a répondu qu’ils ne pouvaient rien faire car nous étions passés par Booking. Aucune solution concrète ni aide proposée, ce qui montre un sérieux manque de professionnalisme. Pour couronner le tout, une fois dans la chambre, la climatisation s’est mise à fuir. On nous a donc déplacés dans une autre chambre, mais celle-ci avait une forte mauvaise odeur, rendant le séjour encore plus désagréable. Au final, expérience très décevante. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet établissement.
