− The breakfast was a little disappointing, lacklustre and not much selection.

9.0I had a peaceful stay without any hassle. Quiet despite being in a busy area of the city. Also within reasonable distance of nice restaurants, cafes, as well as place to go to buy something. BTS station is about minutes away, but one can easily book a Grab if it feels quite far. The presence of washing machine is helpful as well,even though the property offers laundry services for a fee. The staff was nice and helpful when I needed some support.
− Not the property's fault because they have nothing to do with it. But the street it is located at (Sukhumvit soi 49) has some scary car and motorcycle drivers. Although chances are slim to, there is always a risk of being sideswiped by a speeding vehicle as there is no elevated sidewalk along the road.

10.0It was the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in Thailand. All the staff were also nice. Very affordable for this quality.
