6.0Ens ha agradat molt el tracte personal, ja que tots ens han tractat molt amablement. A més, ens varen permetre deixar la motxilla després de fer el check out i estar-hi una estona descansant. Valorem positivament el fet que tenen servei de restaurant. Això ens va permetre sopar la primera nit, quan vàrem arribar tard i no coneixíem la ciutat. També valorem el fet que ens vàren proporcionar servei de taxi des de l'aeroport i ens acompanyaren caminant fins l'hotel, ja que a la medina no es pot circular i quan no la coneixes resulta difícil arribar-hi.
− No ens ha agradat gens ni mica trobar-nos panderoles ("cucarachas") a l'habitació. Ha sigut molt desagradable. A més, no hi havia aire condicionat a les zones comunes i feia calor. El bany tenia les instal·lacions velles, rovellades i plenes de cal. Qualitat preu, jo esperava unes instal·lacions en millor condicions.
