− Plus de type motel qui manque d’amour et de finition. Images et informations mensongères sur le site :ne possède pas de four mais uniquement une plaque de cuisson , donc déception. Réception pas ouverte 24h. Donc sécurité minimale. Nous sommes arrivés vers minuit , car vol de soir , arrivé dans la chambre 203 , c’était sale , beaucoup de moisissure , pas de four , baignoire & cuisine sale ;déception totale . (Voir photos) Le lendemain , nous avons changé de chambre pour le 3eme étage qui était beaucoup mieux avec un balcon privé et une grande douche . Nous aurions apprécié un ménage , un changement de serviettes , changement de poubelles , un séchoir , du papier de toilette etc , il fallait toujours demandé pour avoir quelque chose et souvent n’avait que le strict nécessaire ou revenez « demain  » .Il manquait de verres , ustensiles , savon vaisselle etc Alors , nous nous sommes procurez des articles ménagers , ustensiles et des produits de nettoyage à nos frais pour le faire nous-mêmes. Un petit dédommagement monétaire aurait été fort apprécié . Personnel à la réception sympathique et familial mais service de ménage à améliorer , voir à des rénovations dans un futur rapproché et revoir le service en général .

I love the boutique field of the property, and the pool was absolutely amazing

The pool was nice and clean Love the music they play throughout that was an unexpected plus Nice water pressure from the shower

− Staff rude, didn't inform about deposit until after which fine just thought it was weird a cash transaction. When ask for a a receipt for it they got offended and caught an attitude. Hotel room was not as it was advertised on the website. Dirty, Broken hairdryer, dresser, molded A/C, broken lamps, holes in the bathroom and front door and dirty sheets(photo doesn't do it justice) . When asked to please change the sheets for a fresher(cleaner non stained set) the staff again had an attitude. Said the sheets are clean. Shown them pictures of the stained sheets they sent up the cleaning crew in which they started defending themselves how the sheets are clean but the owner gives them stained sets to use. Mind you the bathroom towel that i use as a mat for the shower was filthy from one use. Shows the floor wasn't cleaned prior. Asked for extra towels and toilet prior to my stay i never received it. Got fed up with going back and forth I just brought my own. Been going to airbnbs and hotels for years. Definitely the worse one I've been in. BTW They charge you a $25 fee if you check in earlier then their time. Regardless if the room is ready before the time. It took me all of me to not leave and get another hotel. But I just went with the flow made the best of it and learned never again. Pool, Music by the pool that they provide And shower water pressure was great though.
