A mix of bad company and a bad room.
3.0Good facilities, located close to the tube station.
− I was on floor 3 the floor shakes anytime someone moves, you can hear everything through the walls and with a school trip staying nearby this was particularly frustrating. It would also be more beneficial to have the bunk reach the ceiling as the curtain failed to block out the light.

8.0The location and their buffet breakfast for 6.5 pound .
− They provide locker to keep your stuff in your room but you need to buy a lock by paying 3.5 pound for your locker. Or else you keep in the unlocked locker. I think providing a safe locker is a basic service.

Good location, poor accomodation
3.0Location is great! But thats about it.
− Toilets were dirty, often the toilet paper was not restocked. Bnk beds make a lot of sweaking sounds so its disturbing. Breakfast is not worth 6€ and also they keep gluten free bread next to the regular bread, so I then didnot take that. Another reviewer has already mentioned, they close the kitchen form 7.30-10AM so essentially you are forced to buy their breakfast. The person at the reception told me 'ofcourse you can enter the kitchen but you can not use anything specially the stove or kettle' -so the kitchen is basically closed. I donot understand why, since the buffet breakfast is laid out alreay and they are not actively continuosly cooking in that window.

Guests are allocated a bed upon check-in (the hostel is unable to hold specific beds in advance). Guests arriving early to check-in may store their luggage for free. There is a left luggage service upon check-out (there is a small fee for this service) . Guests between 16 and 45 years of age are free to place bookings in our shared dormitories. Guests aged 15 or younger and above 45 years of age are unable to use the shared dorms and must book in a private dorm or room. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
