− The place felt dirty. They didn’t give me a clean pillow case so I had to use my hoodie. The duvet isn’t clean at all. The showers and toilettes were okay

− Our room was on 4th floor even tho the other floor's rooms were empty. Receptionist was rude. And the location is far from city center. It's basically not worth it.

9.0I had a really lovely stay at Smart Hyde Park Inn! From the moment I arrived, everything was great. They even let me check in early for free, which I really appreciated. The reception staff were so kind, friendly, and helpful. They were always happy to answer my questions and made me feel welcome. The kitchen staff were lovely too, and the rooms, toilets, and showers were kept clean. I noticed that the toilets and showers were cleaned several times a day, which was great. The location is also a big plus, as it’s close to public transport, making it really easy to get around London and visit different places. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and honestly have nothing but good things to say about this hostel. I would absolutely stay here again the next time I visit London. Thank you to all the staff for making my stay such a positive experience ❤️
