8.0The hotel was perfect for a quiet stay in winter in Sierra de Gredos. The room was more than I expected for the price and I love the beautiful, antique style of the hotel and the amazing views. My one *small* concern is that I had to depart at 9:30- reception and breakfast were supposed to start at 9, and there was seemingly nobody at the hotel. I left my key by the front desk, but a coffee before I left would have been nice!

10.0Una opción ideal cerca de Madrid para una escapada magnífica y con encanto! El alojamiento ha sido en una Habitación de lujo (permite el alojamiento de una persona más en un saloncito, separado por cortinas). Las habitaciones son muy amplias, la cama de matrimonio, enorme y muy cómoda. Todo muy limpio y confortable. Muy cómodo que tenga ascensor y parking (aunque éste no tiene acceso directo al hotel, hay que subir una pequeña cuestecita, accesible perfectamente con maleta con ruedas, salvo los pocos escalones de la puerta de acceso principal). El personal, muy amable y atento, respondiendo a nuestras dudas y solicitudes antes, durante y después de la estancia. El mobiliario y el hotel es antiguo (era una casa convento), pero está en buen estado y es lo que le da encanto. Tiene piscina, jardines y una serie de instalaciones que no pudimos disfrutar por ser invierno. El restaurante, fantástico. No se puede dejar de comer ahí. Muy rico y bien de precio (18 ó 25€ el menú por persona en festivo). Sin duda, una opción fantástica para alojarse en la zona.

4.0Sucio y descuidado. Las fotos y la oferta de la web no se corresponden con la realidad. Pasamos dos noches porque era una reserva no reembolsable. Solo hicieron las camas y pasaron un trapo por el baño. El suelo con arena y la mesa con migas... Ni lo recomiendo ni volvemos

10.0Las habitaciones son estupendas, el personal muy agradable y muy atentos. El restaurante espectacular y la comida riquisima. Celebraremos boda allí. Encantados
