8.0I have stayed here before, so kind of knew what to expect and the place didn't disappoint. I only have one comment on my stay there, this time. I checked in late as I'd been visiting relatives in Dunblane and spent the evening with them on both nights of my stay, so I arrived each night at circa 10:30pm. The room was cold and the heating was off. However, during the first night, I was woken by a noise in the room, which turned out to be the noise of the water pumping through the radiator, AT 3AM! Within a few minutes, the radiator was very hot, so I turned it off. The second night I turned the radiator off fully, before getting into bed. I suspect that the on/off heating clock may be out of kilter, explaning why the heating went off well before 10:30 and came on at 3am. Other than that, the stay was great, thank you, and I would recommend. Allan Dyer
