− The staff at the reception was okay but the staff who was in the restaurant area in morning was very rude. No greeting, no smile just gave us the menu. We asked for milk twice and than she brought it. It was not a good start of the day. We will not choose to stay at this residence again.

1.0− It smelled like smoke and animals and there are allergies so it was a bad sleep. The photos must be outdated.
Decent accommodation with convenient on-site restaurant
5.0Location was great (i.e. we attended a function in the banquet rooms). On-site restaurant was convenient with decent food. Staff were friendly.
− No air conditioning and it was hot during the day during our stay. Comforter on the bed was more appropriate during colder seasons. Bathroom tub/shower cold water tap could not be turned off completely. Internet (wifi) was slow probably due to signal being weak.
Never stay at this place!
1.0Terrible, don't tell guest there is room and when arrived there wasn't. Reception staff was awful, unhelpful and didn't even care to help resolve this. Ruined our trip!!!!!
