9.0The room, the facilities, the location, and the front desk staff.
− We received a credit to the beer garden we could never use because the staff was very rude. We arrived 7 minutes before last call after checking in, and the bouncer held us at the door arguing that entire time so run out the clock and belittled us.

A special lunch with Eli
10.0We were beautifully looked after by Eli who we had met the previous year and had a very personalised experience . She was absolutely wonderful apart from being so exotic . Always one of our New York favourites
I love the lobster roll. As well as the Caesar salad. Just yummy.
