6.0Stains on bedding and ceiling. Short on towels and used bar soap in bathroom

2.0They didn't actually have the room we booked. At all. Doesn't exist they said. They suggested 5 adults share 1 king room. They were unable to accommodate us so we went elsewhere and insisted they didn't charge us as they didn't have what we booked.
