A nightmare
1.0I only stayed for the first night because I felt extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. During my stay, all the other guests I encountered were drunk men, and I never saw another woman. As a woman travelling alone, I was genuinely frightened and didn't feel safe spending another night there. The bathroom conditions were also disgusting. There was no toilet paper, and what appeared to be vomit was left near the toilet. The level of cleanliness was completely unacceptable. I contacted the property asking them to cancel my second booking because I didn't feel safe staying there, but I received no response or assistance. As a result, I had to leave after just one night and ended up losing my money for the booking I couldn't use. Not only was the experience frightening and unpleasant, but I also suffered a financial loss simply because I didn't feel safe enough to stay. Feeling safe, having access to a clean bathroom and receiving basic assistance from the host are the absolute minimum anyone should expect when paying for accommodation. I would strongly advise women travelling alone to think twice before booking this place. A deeply disappointing experience. I felt unsafe, was ignored when I asked for help, and lost my money. I would never stay here again.

3.0− I'm not going to mince words, the place is an absolute shithole. The only cleans things are the towels and the bedsheets, which I suppose is the bare minimum. Everything else ranges from unmaintained to filthy.

For that money you could find something better for sure
5.0Location some what good, close to Bethnal green station and was warm, for some reason even though radiators were not on.
− It's dirty so bring your antibacterial wet wipes to clean everything before you start your stay, but I mean clean it well. Also there was no day curtains and I ask staff about it and he didn't even understand what I was asking about and then never talk to me after. So basically there is no customer service.
