Beware! Absolute horrid customer service
2.0Absolute awful customer service, our room was damaged and unavailable for our stay. Instead of making accommodations at one of their four properties, they canceled our reservation for a family of 7. I was told “sorry, lake George is all booked up. We have one other option but it will cost you alot more.” I asked to speak to the owner, instead I received a text stating my refund is being processed. In my 40 plus years of staying in resorts at lake George, I have never had a worse response. To be told I can pay twice as much or cancel my vacation is absurd.

For the most part, the stay was more than satisfactory, especially considering the price
7.0The room was for the most part very clean. My daughter and I, the dad, found the beds to be very comfortable and we both slept well. Friendly staff and the location was convenient, as was the price. Water pressure is good.
− There were stains I found on one of the bed sheets and one of the pillows was very stained and discolored. My wife did not like the mattress and did not sleep well, which is surprising because the beds here are softer than our mattress at home. The rooms are very much due to be updated. TV needs to be wall mounted. The walkways outside both sides of the room didn't feel very sturdy and my daughter would freak out having to walk on them.
