Reasonably priced pleasant hotel in a strategic location
8.0Great location, reasonably priced. Could do with better coffee, both in the room and in the cafe downstairs
Budget hotel - smells, dirty rooms, tv doesn't work.
2.0Room is small. Lobby smells like weed. Someone is walking around the hallway upstairs with a lit joint. TV doesn't work - it asks to download apps that don't exist on Apple or Android. No overhead light. You get what you pay for? We paid too much.
Tillary hotel robbed £1140 from my credit card
2.0They rob your money watch out. £1140 was took off my credit card after my stay was complete. This was after giving a $250 temporary holding charge which should have been refunded at the end of my holiday. I questioned the hotel and they said there was no charge on there end so WHERE HAS MY MONEY GONE? This is illegal and immoral and I’d strongly advise not staying here as I am still without my money which was took in November 2025 and I am taking this up with my bank. But this money has not just gone missing. The Tillary Hotel are responsible for robbing £1140 off my credit card.

8.0Ok for the price , not much of the breakfast included (coffee and pastries - but also could get a yogurt instead which was nice) nor could we order any sandwiches etc
A Friendly Staff and it felt like home
10.0... everyone was nice. I stayed for a week, and my first room didn't feel right for me... nothing specific, I just didn't take to it. Yoli moved me to another one that was much more appealing to me. It really made my week in New York so much more fun. I've booked the same vacation next year. Emily at the front desk took my phone and walked me through the steps of getting the best rate and amenities. Overall the staff was friendly and made me feel at home for the holiday. I'm a fan. Go see.
it's ok...
6.0The location is great! Close to everything and if you're planning on ubering places very convenient and cheap rides from this location. The hotel pictures look amazing on the site but it is a little unkept when you arrive. Our room for a family of 4 had 1 towel and 1 roll of toilet paper, the lamps and room was very dusty, the sheets, couch and rug were stained. The upside was the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. I don't think I'd pay the same amount to stay here a second time.
