4.0The check-in process was simple, and the hotel was located very close to the nearest station, which was convenient. However, there were several unexpected extra charges.
− There were no clean bed sheets or pillowcases provided, and we had to pay an extra €4.50 for them. We also had to pay €1 for a hand towel and €1 for a bath towel, which I found very unusual. The kitchen was fully equipped, but a €20 deposit was required to use it. I did not see this information clearly mentioned before booking; otherwise, I probably would not have booked this place. What was even more frustrating was that another guest had paid the €20 deposit but still could not use the kitchen because it was closed. The coffee machine charged €1.50 for a cappuccino, but unfortunately it tasted very bad. It was basically just warm milk with very little coffee flavor. Overall, the location and easy check-in were positive, but the extra charges and the kitchen situation made the stay disappointing.

9.0Хороший Hostel, замечательно провели время .Реально 5 минут от вокзала, и если идти в Altstadt , то можно подъехать на автобусе и пешком тоже совсем недалеко. Расположение нам очень понравилось. Персонал приветливый, в комнате чисто.
− Постельное белье и полотенца за дополнительную плату .Из пожеланий: хотелось бы видеть в душевой зоне моющее средство и в комнате хотя бы пару стаканов для воды.
