− Las escaleras de acceso. El uso del detector de abrir y cerrar puerta del parking que no funciona en la parte de dentro del complejo. Muy viejo todo el mobiliario y destartalado.
Fint sted med god beliggenhed. 29 lejligheder så til tider lidt larm afhængig af sammensætning af øvrige gæster.
9.0God beliggenhed med flot udsigt over Gardasøen. Fine lejligheder med det der er brug for - dog lidt små altaner. Stor pool hvor der altid var plads.

1.0Podobał mi się tylko basen, to jest jedyny plus pobytu. Poza hotelem jest blisko lodziarnia, sklep i restauracja.
− Niestety, ale hotel wyglądem w środku zatrzymał się 100 lat temu. Naprawdę nie jestem wymagająca ale wnętrze jest przerażające! Proszę wymiencie te stare meble, drzwi i lustra. Te pokoje wołają o ratunek! Łóżka także. Na balkonie rosną krzaki,między płytkami,balustrady są obdrapane... naprawdę. Uważam że nic nie jest wieczne i pewne rzeczy trzeba wymieniać.

8.0La piscina, las vistas, las tranquilidad, la zona con supermercado cerca y restaurante enfrente. La cercanía para visitar varios pueblos del lago. Que puedas hacer el check in sin necesidad de decir la hora exacta de llegada, ya que las llaves están en unos cajetines.
− El apartamento necesita reformas, está demasiado antiguo. Las camas son muy bajas.
