7.0Dejligt poolområde og dejlig rolig beliggenhed
− Vores aircondition virkede ikke og det var virkelig noget rod. De stillede blæsere og det hjælp lidt. Ingen altan eller balkon på første sal, det kunne godt have været tydeligere i beskrivelsen.

7.0La receptionist è stata super professionale e gentile nonostante tutto il caos creato nelle varie aree dai vari bambini lasciati allo sbando dai propri genitori. Ha risolto ogni nostro problema e grazie a lei abbiamo passato alla fine un soggiorno carino. L’area barbecue stupenda peccato che poi appena è tramontato il sole ci siamo ritrovati al buio senza luce con i lampioni spenti e abbiamo dovuto interrompere la cena.
− È completamente evidente che la struttura sia abbandonata a se stessa e che fa parte di una catena. Il personale presente nonostante tutto riesce a essere SUPER GENTILE, sorridente, disponibile, professionale e accogliente, ma è evidente che serve supporto e altro personale, specialmente in piscina. C’era gente che si comportava come se fosse a casa propria, nella sua bella villa con piscina fregandosene degli altri ospiti ma sopratutto delle stesse regole scritte dalla struttura. C’era gente che si portava piatti, cibo, birre in vetro sui lettini. Bambini padroni degli spazi comuni tra pallonate, tuffi, inseguimenti, grida… sembrava di stare a gardaland. Contesto con enorme potenziale ma purtroppo abbandonato a se stesso. Ombrelloni strappati, spazzatura in giro. una persona sola in reception non può fare di certo i miracoli e nonostante tutto per me lo ha fatto mantenendo il sorriso, la professionalità e l’educazione costantemente nonostante tutto. C’era gente che io al posto suo avrei sbattuto fuori dalla struttura. Il trilocale aveva i materassi sfondati e la lavastoviglie invece di pulire sporcava. Insomma siamo finiti lì per caso non credo che torneremo, peccato! Sembra gestito da gente che vuole guadagnare soldi offrendo il minimo indispensabile!
