1.0Run down, in disrepair, damp, mouldy and uninhabitable. Very dissappointing
− The studio wasn’t very clean at all, the toilet was leaking, bathroom is falling apart, rusty curtain rail, mouldy tiles. In the bedroom area, there was dirt, damp and mould everywhere, the curtains were hanging off the hooks and the curtain rails were hanging off the walls. There was no heating but they did provide 2 oil radiators, not ideal with a toddler wanting to play! The kitchen facilities were unusable, dirty and disgusting. And to top it off, you could hear rats/mice scratching above the ceiling of the beds. Awful place to stay which is a shame as it has a lot of potential!

− Everything. There was damp on the walls you could see the paint peeling off. The stable door had cracks. The property is not big enough for 2 adults to be comfortable in. I booked for 2 nights and didn’t even stay 1.

Directions: Please approach Lamphey Park from the South via The Ridgeway. There is no access from the North.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
