Terrible service with horrible staff. I left the next day because of their horrible staff.
1.0It was close to the US embassy
− One of the staff called Blessing was rude as hell and arrogant. She does not have customers service experience at all. When I requested for her manager, she refused and stated, "I am the manager" The security guides were nice. They informed me that the lady at the counter during the morning I left the hotel was not the manger.

Best part: adding healthy fruits and veggies Could add bottled water. 4th floor deck: the view was absolutely impressive, relaxing and welcoming Room for improvement, drop chocolate wine; include affordable sauvignons, chardonnays, pinot, reds like Apothic, for wine connoisseurs, or less pricey French and Italian whites and reds Menu; Seafood combo was phenomenal!; Goat meat was too tough and tomato excessive, OWNER/MANAGER: Exceptional+++. Good public and guest relations. Honored Booking.com rate. Daily presence.in breakfast room, calm supervision, professional yet relaxed demeanor.
− Room for improvement: less spicy pepper, less oil especially in the scrambled eggs,, moyin moyin more moist, Adding sweetener (preferably plant-based) for guests on low or no sugar diet. bottled water (soft plastic)
Below expectations. The property does not live up to its advertising.
7.0The location is excellent. Directly across from Eko hotel and next door to Bamboa and The library
− Inadequate supplies in the hotel room. Coffee was freeze dried Maxwell house, the front desk was inflexible and it was challenging sometimes to get service. Forget service with a smile. Further more, room was for 2 adults but breakfast, though listed as included was for one person, coffee purchased separately was Maxwell from a container and you had to pay extra. Coffee machine was either broken or they didn’t use it. Plus the pool was not usable. The room was smaller than it appears in the pictures and the WiFi was spotty and unstable. Book as a last resort hotel for 1 night. Anything beyond, expect headaches.
