6.0The staff was great. Very pleasant and helpful
− The first room the AC didn't work. The second room the key didn't work. When we finally got the third room the pull out bed wasn't clean it was trash in it. We had to get clean linen for the bed. My daughter woke up to lil bites all over her leg which there were bed bugs. The pillows were very uncomfortable.

− The front desk lady was very rude and couldn’t explain anything from the time we checked in she did nothing but made everything complicated. The rest of the staff get rid of her and this would be a good hotel
