10.0The hotel and location were both excellent—just steps away from the beach and minutes away from downtown Montauk. Incredibly clean and spacious rooms with beautiful ocean views for the perfect getaway from the city!

10.0This place was literary amazing, the location is next to the beach, fresh air, if you come with the family it is the best, the kitchen in the room, refrigerator, microwave. games outdoors, grill!! the owners are so sweet , btw everything is brand new inside

10.0Location was perfect and great view of the ocean from room. Grounds were really nice as well, unfortunately weather wasnt great so couldnt use pool but loved just walking across the street to beach to explore. Good spot for groups and families.
