9.0The entire experience was absolutely wonderful. The staff were very friendly AND knowledgable of the surrounding community. They were able AND willing to recommend places to eat and visit. The room was super clean and fully equipped with all supplies and amenities. Super close to the beach! They even had toys and beach gear that could be used as a guest of the hotel. Grilling area, table tennis, beach gear to include boogie boards and surf boards. It was a very pleasant place to stay. What a lucky find for us!!
− SOME of The stairs that go up the dune(access to the beach) were heavily damaged. Some were dry rotted. Some were broken and some were just loose, but it wasn’t too much of a safety issue as long as you watched where you placed your feet.
Manager of hotel was kind one minute and in a temper the next; unprofessional.

− I booked a FULL suite with a sitting area, kitchenette and king bed. I paid for that room and got a standard hotel room and was told Booking.com messed up my reservation. I received no change to my price.

10.0Staff was very hospitable and friendly DG across the road bait shop in walking distance the beach right behind us. The place is well equipped for a good time rain or shine.

10.0Very charming hotel with direct access to beach. Quiet area so beach is uncrowded. Room was very clean, common areas were great, and owners really care about you enjoying your stay.
− Shower pressure was weak.
