I saw bugs and ask for refund that was 5 days ago
1.0There bugs in the room and the owner was rude and not helpful at all . I still didn't receive the refund the owner issued. Booking .com needs to refund my money for the room I never used because it was dirty and full of bugs . I have pictures

8.0Guy at front desk was very pleasant. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, had a good nights sleep. The only complaint is there was no shampoo and conditioner in the washroom and no facial tissues.
