Pleasant, good location, but poor shower facilitiy.

Nice location. Easy access. Good email comms. View is great from top (20th) floor. Coffee making facilities with pods provided.

− Shower had significant leak from corroded washer in main assembly. Also no hot water despite running for 10 minutes (gave up and had a finger wash). Also no shower toiletries of note were found, just a hand soap dispenser by the sink. Wouldn't normally be an issue but ad specifically stated so didn't bring any. As it worked out, the hand soap for a finger wash by the sink worked out just fine. Otherwise, all good.

Lovely stay with great views, a spotless room, and a perfect location for the O2 Arena

The view of central London was stunning, especially at night. The room was spotless and very comfortable. The Canary Wharf location was ideal for our trip to an event at the O2 Arena, with easy transport links and everything we needed close by.

− The shower looked worn and would benefit from replacing. Noise from the flat above was noticeable in the mornings, and the bed was softer than we would have preferred. A couple of small additions would make the stay even better: two plates, wine glasses, and a few more coffee pods.

What...a...view. I don't think you can get many better places for views of the city, a very short walk from all transport options and such a lovely bedroom.

Amazing views from the top. Bed was so comfy!

− The noise when the windows were open. It was really hot at the top of the building so had to have them open .. but that couldn’t be helped in the middle of a busy city!

I do not recommend this place, except for the view. It is very expensive for what you get

Great view

− We arrived late and could not enter the building using the code provided in the self-check-in message, so we had to call the hosts. The Wi-Fi password also did not work. I think both the entrance code and the password were changed, but the instructions were not updated. The apartment is very run-down and not comfortable at all. For some reason, there are no tea cups, only very small espresso cups, even though tea bags are provided. The lighting in the bathroom is also strange. It turns off automatically and only turns on when it detects movement, so when you are sitting on the toilet, you have to move from time to time. Cold lighting and tiles everywhere
