2.0Check-in was a nightmare. Stood at desk for over 10 minutes waiting for someone to come to desk. Sign on counter said dial 0 on phone on counter, did twice, nothing. Door to back office area was open, young man finally came out dancing with ear buds in. When looking up my reservation he asked how much Expedia charged me, then said ok that’s what I’ll charge. Told him I’ve already paid & he wanted to see proof. Once I showed him (I should have never been asked) he just gave me a key, never had me fill out or sign anything. My reservation was for 2 queen room, which I confirmed with him. Got to room and it had one bed. Was put in another room. This young man had no clue what he was doing or didn’t care. The room and beds were surprisingly clean. Breakfast was a 1/2 loaf of bread & a partial stick of butter, container of cereal but no milk & an empty coffee pot but no cups even if it wasn’t. Not sure who owns/manages this place but they definitely need to do better.
