4.0Property in adequate nothing like the advertisement said outdated shower didn’t work had no utensils were missing comp. There was no ironing board no kettle to boil water. We had one rusted spoon 2 cups two plates and a rusted knife bedding as in the comforter was not washed prior to us arriving it smelled old stinky not impressed with the price I paid and I booked it at least nine months in advance and the room still wasn’t ready for occupancy.

4.01st room,no ac,2nd room bird bath no shower,3rd room fixed shower,rusty toilet bowl,bloody sheets,ripped pillow case,doors dirty,toilet did not flush properly.i give benefits to 2 stars but this was the worst.place has potential, swimming pool bottom dirty and tiles missing. Staff was helpful but not accommodating

4.0The property is not well maintained at all. There was no trash can in our room, so we had to save trash in a plastic bag we had. We told this to the person at the front desk, who had no response. The rooms were not well cleaned, and everything is old and pretty beat-up. We were lucky to find a place for Carnival, but it was way too expensive for what was provided and not a nice place to stay.

2.0Cleanliness is the biggest issue here. Towels are stained, floor is dusty, bedlinen stained, etc. condition of all appliances are old and unhygienic, eg timescale stains in kettle and iron. It appears that the management do not care about the condition and cleanliness of anything. Will not recommend to anyone.
