10.0This was our favorite place to stay on our two week trip around Greece. The hotel itself is beautiful and very clean. The room was amazing also and the bathroom was very nice. We enjoyed sitting at the beach and enjoyed the restaurants at night and the breakfast was really good too!

8.0The first day we arrived, we went to the restaurant for lunch. The service was terrible. We waited for over an hour to get our food. Also, I booked two of the same rooms. One room and balcony were much bigger than the other. When I said something to the front desk about it, they just said both rooms were of the same "quality/rank", but that is totally not true. The breakfast could have been better. Omelette service didn't start until 8 although breakfast started earlier. Fruit was not great.

8.0Overall I would rate the facility 4 stars out of 5. This is my second stay in less than a year and miss the buffet down by the lagoon. However food was good. Couldn’t make a reservation at Il Borso went to the Yacht Club. Not very accommodating and slow to get a drink. We had our appetizers before drinks which took a half hour. I expected more for the money. I’ll look for another place if I ever go back to Crete.

10.0We had an amazing stay for 10 nights with our family. We've stayed at many luxury resorts around the the world and this has to be oneof the best we have stayed at.
