9.0Although an older style motel, we had everything we needed, large bed, heating and TV. Towels were huge and fluffy. Sheets were crisp. Everything was spotless. The shower was lovely and powerful. Room got made up each day. An easy walk to town and good options for food close by.

8.0Great location, property was clean and appreciated bottles of cold water in the fridge. Very cold in Ballarat when we stayed so also appreciated the heater which worked well. Owner was contactable, professional and friendly. Thank you.
