10.0Location. Fyona was lovely and couldn’t do enough for us. Breakfast was superb. We were a family of 5 and everything we could want was catered for! Everyone loved the great wifi. Comfortable rooms.

Comfort in the Orkneys
9.0The host, Fiona, was very pleasant. The location was convenient to Kirkwall and all the Island’s historical sites if you have a car. Off street parking was a bonus. My room, number 3, was spacious and super clean. The large bed was perfect for comfort and had nice linen. The bathroom was very modern with a lovely large shower and hot water. The included breakfast was excellent, with a hot plate of your choice- have to mention the delicious mushrooms. I enjoyed my 2 night stay here and would recommend it to anyone.
− Nothing serious, but a small bar fridge would be a good addition.
