− The hostel has a lot of traffic, and it is difficult to maintain any historic property that is right on the coast of an ocean.

10.0The views at Montara Lighthouse are absolutely fantastic! We stayed in a private suite. The 2 small bedrooms and bathroom are simple, functional and clean—it’s a hostel after all. Friendly staff. If you are looking for basic, reasonable accommodation in an exquisite, historic spot, you’ve found it.
