Cheap and reasonably clean. Rude staff. Broken elevator.

− The elevator was broken for the duration of my stay and I was put in a dorm on the 6th floor. All staff I interacted with were rude.
Good stay for a few days in Boston
7.0Did the job of travelling round Boston and having a base to stay in. Clean sheets and tidy room for arrival
− Lift was broken the whole time we stayed. Was quite expensive for how simple the hostel was
Excellent services
8.0Staff was very helpful, the common area was spacious and very encouraging of socializing, Boston Commons is very close by as is Chinatown, about 20 min walk from Quincy Market, and the hostel organizes various activities around Boston (cruises, tours, pub crawls, trivia nights).
− The elevators did not work the entire time I was there.
