− They took my money and refused to give me my money back
Not cleaning, cockroaches there.and the staf is not there if you need them for emergency you can't get them

1.0− They said 260 deposit before I booked after. I arrived they said I need a credit card or can't check-in after I already prepaid for the room so I'm short 90$ now and I had to book a different hotel last minute which was more expensive
