10.0From the moment we arrived, the staff at Heeren Palm Suites made our stay truly memorable. Everyone we met was warm, attentive, and proactive—offering thoughtful recommendations, helping with small requests before we even asked, and checking in to be sure we were comfortable throughout. Their genuine hospitality really stood out and added a personal touch to the whole experience. Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated with heritage details, and impeccably clean. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom well-appointed, and the overall ambiance calm and relaxing. The location is excellent—quiet, yet just a short walk to Jonker Street and the main sights.

− The room facing Jonker street is very noisy and hardly able to sleep. The towels in the bathroom are very old.
