Everyone we met was warm, attentive, and proactive—offering thoughtful recommendations, helping with small requests before we even asked, and checking in to be sure we were comfortable throughout. Their genuine hospitality really stood out and added a personal touch to the whole experience. Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated with heritage details, and impeccably clean. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom well-appointed, and the overall ambiance calm and relaxing. The location is excellent—quiet, yet just a short walk to Jonker Street and the main sights.
− heaters are slower to warm up and staff did inform us in advance.

− The room facing Jonker street is very noisy and hardly able to sleep. The towels in the bathroom are very old.

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.
