− Walked into a dim room, sconce on wall was just a light bulb. Happy to send pic if needed.
Needs a deep Clean!
4.0It looks fancy on the outside and that they do complementary breakfast.
− Inside room I noticed a sticker which I read that's on the sink mirror before you walk into bathroom and it said that they don't wash towels nor bed sheets until every 3 days to reserve water and as guest can request more sheets and towels but who's to say that's those won't be as the same as the other ones in the room and I didn't feel comfortable with that because I don't know how long my sheets and towels been sitting there. Like maybe someone could of been staying in my room before me. Also I noticed that some of the staff don't wear gloves when refilling the muffins at the breakfast area and when it was time for bed I seen a tick on my the left bed on pillow closer to the small dresser so I grabbed it and killed it in the sink and next morning we all woke up with bite's in our legs etc.
We stay here often because it's nice and clean
8.0All the employees are nice, my room was clean and large. They came in every day to make the bed and give fresh towels. I missed this luxury while traveling. So thank you for bringing this back!!!
− The hotel itself was very hot. (Lobby, halls, elevator) My room wasn't hot because I could control the temperature there. I'm sure as the weather gets warmer they'll turn the air conditioner on.
This is our place everytime we get a room to visit my grand kids
10.0This was our 3rd stay, they allow our fur babies and it’s clean. It doesn’t smell like animal. There’s a pool, hot tub and breakfast.
