Not so chill at Chiloe
4.0I arrived and they couldn't find my booking, but they had availability. So they wanted to charge me double the agreed rate ! I showed them the booking and the rate, then they quickly changed their mind and charged me the contractual price. My room was terribly placed, as my window was on the bar/restaurant so it was super noisy. Breakfast was very poor!

2.0This place isn't good at all. The are carpet stains everywhere. The water was running on the floor in the bathroom . The wifi signal was very week
Honest but not cheap
6.0San Pedro de Atacama is a very cool place to visit. Unique in terms of the conditions taking into account that you are in the middle of the desert.
Caro para lo que ofrece
4.0Mi experiencia fue mala. Pagué baño privado pero tuve que bañarme en el común, pues jamás salió agua caliente. Lo reporté y dijeron que tardaba en salir en esa cuarto y sugirieron que dejara abierta la llave (algo risible si toman en cuenta que el agua escasea en la localidad). El desayuno que incluyen está disponible después de las 7:40 am, todos los tours salen a las 7:00 am, es como sino te incluyeran el desayuno. El wifi no agarra en el cuarto, hay que salir a la recepción o al estacionamiento. Lo peor de mi estancia fue que al hacer el check out pregunté si aún había algo que pagar, el recepcionista dijo que no. A mi regreso de Uyuni me tope con una serie de mails amenazantes diciendo que me había ido sin pagar y me reportarían a expedia. De inmediato fui a pagar, me había quedado 2 noches, querían cobrarme 4; después de la aclaración les pedí un mail corroborando que había liquidado la deuda y el dueño se puso todo hostil y grosero, finalmente me envió el correo y me dijo que la persona que hizo el check out no era recepcionista, como le dije, NO tengo la obligación de saber quién es quién en su hostal. Evítense la mala experiencia, no lo vale.

10.0Calidad de servicio Excelente, buena ubicación... desayuno riquísimo... todo limpio.. Las chicas no paraban de Trabajar... El Administrador muy amable bajo solicitudes que hicimos recomendado 100%...
