10.0Mi experiencia en este hotel ha sido excelente. Desde el primer momento todo el personal fue increíblemente amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudarme en todo lo que necesité. Me dieron mucha información útil para moverme por Bali y me hicieron sentir como en casa. . Solo puedo darles las gracias por el trato recibido. Recomiendo este hotel al 100% por su calidad humana, su excelente servicio y la tranquilidad que transmiten. Sin duda volvería a alojarme aquí.
