Un excellent emplacement et un personnel très accueillant, mais des chambres qui mériteraient d’être rénovées.
7.0L’hôtel est très bien situé, à proximité du métro, des restaurants et des kombinis. Le hall d’entrée est moderne et très agréable. Le personnel est particulièrement sympathique. La télévision connectée est un vrai plus et la climatisation est efficace. Le petit-déjeuner offre un choix limité, mais les produits semblent de bonne qualité.
− La chambre est vieillissante, sombre et manque de fraîcheur. La moquette présentait des taches et nous avons même trouvé un élastique au sol, ce qui donne une impression de propreté perfectible. Les lits sont les moins confortables de notre séjour : on sent beaucoup les ressorts, ce qui nuit au sommeil. La salle de bain est également ancienne et assez petite. Enfin, le système de climatisation est d’un autre âge, avec un simple réglage de puissance sans possibilité de choisir la température.

− Das Zimmer roch leider nach kaltem Zigarettenqualm. Wir haben ein Duftspray bekommen und es immer mit AC "verteilt", dann ging es kurze Zeit später.
