Great seafront location
9.0Perfect location directly on the beach. We had a family room for 4 and a seafront balcony. Handy with a restaurant downstairs. Pizza there is great. The host was really helpful and very friendly! Tip: book a parking in advance if you have a car. Busy road behind the hotel and difficult to find parking elsewhere.
− No kitchen, but we knew that. Just a mini fridge and some plates/cups

6.0Iz objekta se izlazi u restoran, a iz restorana na plazu, sto je savrseno. Usluga u restoranu je odlicna, veoma ljubazno osoblje. Kafa je fantasticna. I ako je najveca zamjerka u recenzijama parking, parking je skroz korektan, normalno moze da se parkira.
− Soba je bila mnogo mala, a nije imala balkon. Nismo dobili sobu koju smo vidjeli na bookingu i rezervisali kao delux sobu, koja je imala balkon i pogled na more.

10.0We loved the beach front location and the modern, clean and new facilities. The Cafe and bar underneath our accommodation had everything we needed. Easy beach access and walking distance to the marina for boat tours and restaurants. Tony, our friendly host was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He made our stay in Split extra special, providing great sightseeing ideas and transfers for our group.
