Just ok place but nothing special. No vibe no wow and not enough to do !
7.0Infinity pool was great, beach is superb, Tony in reservation is very helpful, Karlo and Alex were very nice and hospitable. Love Niki in the spa, always smiling and kind. Nice to have live music at night…and we appreciate upgrade to a sea view room.
− Property is ok but nothing special, not up to 4 star standards. Carpet in the hallway are old and worn, ikea style furniture in all common areas, most of the staff are new and not trained about hotel offerings. Pool lounges offers no padding, pool bar very limited cocktails (no blender) people working at sunset bar not too friendly, no smiles. Bottom line hotel is ok but needs serious upgrade to meet 4 stars standards.
