− I was given a room number and code to get into the room but entered the room and someone else’s belongings were in there. I would have appreciated an update if the room was being changed

− The bed was hard as a rock. I tossed & turned all night. I stayed there several years ago and don’t remember having that issue. I was in a newer room then.
