The pristine setting offers stunning, panoramic views from every angle and provides an immediate sense of tranquility, making it the perfect escape from city life. We stayed in a spacious, impeccably clean lake-view suite. The private balcony and deep soaking tub offered true relaxation, but the greatest luxury was the peaceful view of the lake from our room, ensuring an exceptional night's sleep and ultimate comfort. The Gold Standard of Hospitality: Manager Vivian Li The true standout of our stay was the absolutely top-tier service. The entire team demonstrated genuine warmth and professionalism, but we must emphatically single out Manager Vivian Li. Her service attitude was beyond exemplary—it was the gold standard of hospitality. She was professional, proactive, and provided such personalized, attentive care that she transformed our luxurious stay into a truly bespoke and memorable experience. Her dedication to guest satisfaction is simply outstanding, and she is a tremendous asset to the hotel. Superb Facilities and Dining The facilities are wonderful, highlighted by the magical infinity pool overlooking the lake. The dining, particularly the wide-ranging breakfast buffet and exquisite dishes at the Chinese restaurant, was superb. Final Verdict The Hilton Yuxi Fuxian Lake is a destination we cannot recommend highly enough. Thanks to the fantastic setting and the dedication of the staff, especially Manager Vivian Li, we left feeling completely refreshed and rejuvenated. Highly recommended for a perfect, luxury escape in Yunnan.

Прекрасный, разнообразный завтрак, даже было несколько сортов сыра. Комната большая, все необходимое есть. Нам не дали комнату с видом на озеро, но зато предоставили лаунж бесплатно, где можно было получить как снеки с 3 до 5, так и полноценный ужин (горячее, салаты, фрукты, десерт, несколько сортов алкоголя) с 6 до 8 вечера. По вечерам мы могли наслаждаться культурной программой - смотрели завораживающий танец огня, так же могли сами принимать участие в традиционном Юннаньском хороводе вокруг костра и танцевать! Мы остались очень довольны.

− Мы ожидали умный туалет (говорящий унитаз). Но был обычный. :-)

Room has cigarette smoke smell at midnight

What's good: The breakfast is really wonderful. The view is also nice. What's bad: When booking, I had added request for non smoking connecting rooms but hotel staff said the connecting rooms are not available and the manager said that the computer system didn't show the request. I had booked directly from Hilton app, the problem is that the original request and original booking cannot be viewed because the hotel changed to other rooms and the system only reflects the latest modified by hotel. The manager gave some night dessert to compensate and said they upgraded the room. But there's no air con in the room, so hot that I had to on ceiling fan while night and at midnight or so, I can smell cigarette smoke even when balcony doors are closed. It's such a miserable night for me.
