Great traditional motel
10.0Really lovely welcome by Richard. Room was huge and very comfortable. Loads of clean towels and soap. Easy to control heating and Aircon. Coffee was provided for the coffee maker. Great location for exploring the area (Richard was very knowledgeable) or for getting on the road network. We really enjoyed our stay and were sad to leave.

− I wasn't prepared for the smokiness of the room. It's advertised as a non-smoking room but it smells like someone smokes in it every day. The little desktop air filter, with the blinking "change filter" indicator, was completely inadequate. If it wasn't so late and I wasn't so exhausted I'd have demanded a different room or my money back. I don't want to fill in any of the more numerical questions on this feedback (yet you're forcing me to - bad form!), because the manager seems overworked, but, this was bad.
