− So much maintenance required. I couldn’t even get a new lightbulb for the bedside light so I had buy one myself. I cleaned the kitchen and bathroom before we used them as they were not up to standard, So many bushes way to close to walkway, I’d be worried about snakes in summer
Easy, economical.
8.0Nice, quiet location convenient to Bendigo. The rooms are warm, spacious, tidy and have all the things you need for an easy stay. Parking is also easy. There are odd maitenance things that could be fixed - like my room had a broken towel rail that hadn't been replaced, and there was only one fork in the kitchen? But nothing that was really a problem.
− The lighting is really dim in the rooms. There are extra lamps in the bedroom which helps there.

− The stairs were step and narrow and quite dangerous. The heaters did not heat very well and although we turned them up high we were still cold
Covered all our needs, would use again.
8.0Older style accomodation but very clean, heating was excellent, very quiet area. Helpful staff.
