10.0A wonderful stay in a beautiful Riad in the heart of the Kasbah We had an amazing time at this Riad in Marrakech. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay - nothing seemed too much trouble for them. The Riad itself is beautifully decorated and restored, with lovely, spacious rooms that are also nicely furnished. The location is ideal: central but quiet, right in the Kasbah area. It's close enough to the souks to be convenient, yet still feels like a peaceful retreat to come back to. The air conditioning in the rooms worked really well, and the pool in the center of the Riad was a great bonus for cooling off. Breakfast was very good, and the staff happily accommodated special requests. Luggage storage was no problem at all, and they even printed a voucher/confirmation for our rental car for us. What really impressed us was the pickup service they organized for us all the way from Agadir airport - everything went completely smoothly. They picked us up with our luggage right at the curb and took care of our bags immediately. When we went on a 3-day desert tour, they prepared breakfast packages for us and safely stored our luggage the whole time we were away. That kind of service really goes above and beyond. They also have a partnership with a nearby spa - service catalogues are available in the rooms, and bookings can easily be arranged through reception. Staff speak English, and some even speak decent German. Overall, a fantastic stay and we'd happily return.
− The only small downside was that the WiFi in our room was a bit weak - though it was noticeably better in the courtyard, so it may have just been our specific room.

10.0This is our second year in a row - which is a first for us, but that shows how much we loved this Riad, and Tamraght. It is beautiful, private, spacious, with friendly, kind staff.

10.0Absolument parfait. Chambres de 45m2 propres avec tout le confort. Il ne manque rien, café ou thé dans la chambre avec bouilloire..clim. tv.serviettes de bain pour la piscine ou pour la mer qui est vraiment à 10min à pied. Possibilité de parking devant riad dans la rue mais en totale sécurité. Personnel très aimable. Petit déjeuner excellent. Très bon rapport qualité prix
