6.0I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with several aspects of my stay. Firstly, upon arrival, I found that the room was not properly cleaned. Ants were present both in the room and in the sugar packets, which raises serious concerns regarding hygiene standards. Secondly, there is a significant issue with noise disturbance. Whenever the door of the adjacent room is opened, it sounds as though our own room door is being opened, which disrupts our comfort and rest. Lastly, I would like to raise a concern regarding the breakfast service. It is not offered as an open buffet, and the menu is very limited and lacks variety. The same fixed options are served every day without any change, which is disappointing for guests staying for multiple nights. I kindly request that these issues be addressed promptly in order to improve the quality of service and ensure a more comfortable stay for guests. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
